How Does Your Garden Grow?

Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With pumpkins, corn, and beans,
That's how my garden grows.

I am so amazed at how quickly the plants have grown in my garden. It's my first. (The picture on the left was taken about a month and a half ago.) I already feel like it's too small and I'll need a second garden next summer. I'm also going to arrange it differently. My pumpkin and watermelon vines are a little out of control. You have to search to find the broccoli and the green beans. My mom has a humongous garden, so I think we'll just share a pack of seeds for each because I just do not have the space for them all in my own garden. I'm excited to eat the fruits and veggies from our first garden, though.

I love this picture. We've had a lot of rain this week, so my pumpkin vine flowers are looking so vibrant. Have you tried Google Photos? I like that it will sync my iPad and iPhone pictures. I also like that it makes uploading photos onto my blog so much easier. Sometimes it will take one of your photos and add some effect to it and make it look so great. You can choose to either save it or trash it. If you have a series of photos that are just slightly different, sometimes it will even create a short little video with them, like a .gif. You should try it out.

On another note, Creative Clips currently has a freebie chain. Just click on the image below to get to her store and participate. I don't know about you, but I love using Creative Clips in my products. I especially love that this week's freebie fits into my school's safari theme.

I have really slipped off the TPT train. I'm glad I seem to be the only one. (I keep seeing emails that this person or that person has new products.) I haven't uploaded any products in months, not that I haven't made anything over the past school year that could be a product. Oh, my... Where has my motivation gone?! Perhaps I'll get some TPT motivation back and start turning some of my stuff into products after vacationing next week.

Unfortunately, it took me two weeks to update my calendar for the new school year, so it's ready to go when I get back. Oy!

Hope your Wednesday has been delightful!

  1. I love homegrown veggies! This is the first year in a long time that I haven't had a garden. My son had taken care of it--he loves to do it--for the last few years and just couldn't do it this year with his knee injury. I miss it so I'll have one next year no matter what!
